OUR STORY
Meet the Owner and Lead Stationery Stylist

I am Nicole Fingers, the owner and head stationery stylist of FINGERS IN INK, specializing in fine invitations and stationery. With a keen eye for innovative and creative custom designs, I have channeled my passion for paper and contemporary art into the creation of each unique invitation. Established as a brick-and-mortar boutique in May 2002, FINGERS IN INK was founded with the goal of providing extraordinary and striking invitations for a variety of social and corporate occasions. I believe that invitations serve as a vital detail of any event, capturing attention when executed thoughtfully. As I often say, "Love is in the details"—and each of our invitations is crafted with care.
In addition to my passion for paper, I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, and I find joy in the College Football season, particularly the Big Ten. As an avid food enthusiast, my love of culinary experiences greatly influences my personal and professional life. Upon visiting my stationery boutique, you will discover a curated collection of Hello Kitty memorabilia, as I am a devoted fan. In my leisure time, I enjoy indulging in Netflix and On Demand TV.
FINGERS IN INK has received recognition in numerous prestigious publications, both print and online, including the Washington Post Sunday Source, People Magazine, DC Luxury, Arlington Magazine, Washingtonian Bride & Groom, Southern Bride & Groom, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, Munaluchi Bride, Style Me Pretty, Aisle Perfect, United with Love, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Uptown Washington.
