COVID-19 UPDATES 

We are accepting limited in-person consultations at this time. We are limiting the number of attendees during a consultation to TWO.

There will be no exceptions to this at this time. Masks are REQUIRED. 

 

We are still hosting virtual consultations. If you would like to invite others to the virtual call, we welcome them! We appreciate your understanding and consideration for the health and well-being of our customers and our team. 

Appointment request Days are: Tuesday- Friday and Saturday

CONSULTATION

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we love to meet and consult with clients in person to design event stationery suites.  We suggest that you allow at least 60 minutes for a consultation. It is important that you be punctual so that we can spend the full time designing invitations that best represent your special day. If you need to reschedule or change your consultation date and time, please give us 24 hours advance notice.  If you are unable to meet in person, we are open to Zoom or FaceTime.

 

 

PROOFS

​Do you offer proofs before the order is placed into print production?

Yes, clients are able to view digital proofs before their order goes into print production. We encourage clients to allow others in the proofing because proofing is the sole responsibility of the client.  The fee for a digital proof is $25 (includes 2 rounds of changes) and $50+ for a hard copy proof. (digital/offset printing only)
​Once the order has been approved, it will be placed into print production. At this point, no additional corrections and/or changes can be made. Reprinting fees are the responsibility of the client. Any additional fees for corrections/changes will be added to the balance at the time of pickup.

RUSH ORDERS

Do you take rush orders?
We accept rush orders on most services and digital/offset printing items. Orders taken less than 2 weeks are considered rush. Rush fees start at $75.

TURNAROUND TIME

What is your turnaround time for all invitation and stationery items?

Most of our services can be produced within 7-12 business days upon proof approval.
 
The exceptions are as listed:
Custom Designed Invitations - 18-28 business days
Foil printing: 18-28 business days
Letterpress printing: 18-28 business days
Thermography printing: 14-18 business days​

SHIPPING

Is it possible to ship the order to us or can we pickup the order?

All orders arrive at FINGERS IN INK for pickup. If you are interested in having the order drop-shipped to you, please make note of this before placing the order into print production. (an additional charge will be applied.) 
All orders are shipped via UPS.

PRICING

What is the average price for wedding invitations?
This is a broad question, because it depends on a few things; paper quality, printing method, embellishments ... etc. For this reason, we can offer a range of price points after gathering information about your stationery preferences.

 

 

POSTAGE 

Do you offer postage and assembly of the invitations for mailing? 
We are more than happy to prepare your invitations for mailing, which requires an additional fee, depending on the number of invitations. Postage is charged separately.
